Philosophy

Kathy’s experience has highlighted the need to understand that no two people are alike in their eating habits or their need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is very important to recognize every individual’s uniqueness and treat them accordingly.

Our cravings, wants, and goals are often coupled with medical, social, and psychological conditions, which prevent us from maintaining that healthy lifestyle, which is so important.

As a registered dietitian, Kathy strategically plans your individual eating program to meet your personal goals, which will encourage, promote, and improve your success. Meal plans will be adjusted to accommodate lifestyle, cultural customs, and specific circumstances for each person. Small changes in eating behaviors will help you realize how these changes can become a way of life.
